Friym's legal documents
The five texts, where to read them, and which applies to what.
All of Friym's legal documents live on legal.friym.com, in French and in English.
The five documents
| Document | What it covers | Address |
|---|---|---|
| Terms of use | Account, content, moderation | legal.friym.com/en/terms |
| Privacy policy | Data collected and protection | legal.friym.com/en/privacy |
| Terms of sale | Commissions, payments, disputes | legal.friym.com/en/sales-terms |
| Friym Page terms | Page profiles and shop activation | legal.friym.com/en/page-terms |
| Child safety | Protection of minors | legal.friym.com/en/child-safety |
The French version is the same address with /fr/ instead of /en/.
These are the only valid addresses
Any other address returns a page not found. If you have an old link under
friym.com/legal or www.friym.com/tos, it no longer points anywhere useful.
From the app
Profile tab → ⚙️ → the "Legal" section
The five entries are there, in that order, with their subtitles. An ↗ arrow marks
them: they open your browser, on legal.friym.com, in the app's language. So
you leave Friym — your phone's back button brings you back.
Which applies to what
- You use Friym, you post, you comment → Terms of use.
- You buy or you sell → Terms of sale. That's where the commission, payments and dispute handling live.
- You run a page or a shop → Friym Page terms, on top of the other two.
There's no separate "legal notice"
The five documents above are everything that's published
If you're looking for the site's publisher, its host, or anything of that kind, the terms of use are where to look.
Your data
Friym erases nothing: closing an account makes it unfindable and anonymises the posts, reversibly for 30 days, then archives it. See Closing your account.
