Confirming receipt (buyer)
What that button triggers, and why you shouldn't touch it too early.
When the seller declares they've delivered, your order shows To confirm, with the Confirm receipt button.
What confirming triggers
Confirming means closing the order
"Do you confirm that you have received this product?" — the order moves to Delivered, and the amount shifts from the seller's Pending balance to their Available balance.
In other words: this gesture is what releases the seller's payment. Don't do it before you've received.
The 5-day clock
Without an answer from you, Friym closes the order automatically: "Automatically confirmed after 5 days without a response from the buyer."
“Delivered” doesn't always mean “confirmed”
An order can reach Delivered through the automatic close, without you having confirmed anything. The order's detail says so when that's the case.
Which is why you shouldn't let those 5 days slip if something is wrong: past that deadline, the order is closed.
