Reporting content

Flagging a post, a comment or a product listing.

Reporting starts from the menu of the content concerned. It works for a post, a comment, a profile or a product listing.

"Tell us what's wrong. Your report stays anonymous to the person concerned."

The reasons

Spam or repeated posting · Scam or attempted fraud · Counterfeit or fake brand · Item prohibited from sale · Hate speech or harassment · Sexual content · Violence or disturbing content · Uses my work without permission · Other reason.

What happens next

Moderation reviews it. If they uphold something, they issue a penalty — and the reason they uphold isn't necessarily the one you reported.

You aren't told the outcome: that decision belongs to the person penalised and to Friym.

The refusals

MessageWhat it means
"This content no longer exists."Already removed or deleted
"You can't report your own content."Use deletion instead
"You already reported this content."One report per piece of content
"You've reached the report limit. Try again tomorrow."20 reports per 24 hours

The two other doors to help

DoorWhat for
Report a bug"What isn't working as expected." Your device and app version are attached automatically
Request a feature"Tell us what you are missing, and what it would let you do."

In both cases the email address is optional — but "without it, we won't be able to reply".

Bug reporting works even when signed out

It's reachable from the sign-in screen: "Trouble signing in? Report it". It's the only help you can reach without a session.

An order problem doesn't go through here

Reporting is for content, not transactions. For an order paid and not delivered: My order never arrived.
