The activity log

What's recorded on a page run by a team, and who can read it.

As soon as team management is open, every action taken as the page is recorded.

Switch to the page → ⚙️ → "Page and team" → "Team" → "Activity log"

Two views

ViewWhat it holds
ActionsWhat was done: posted, edited, replied, sold
ViewsWhat was looked at — orders opened, payouts and revenue consulted

If nothing has been recorded yet: "No actions recorded yet."

The owner is in it too

That isn't a side effect

"Your own actions are in it too, and your managers will see them. A log covering only other people would be surveillance."

That's what makes the invitation honest: the person agreeing to run your page knows the record cuts both ways.

Everyone can reread their own part

A member without the team-management permission doesn't see the hub, but keeps My activity on this page — "What the log recorded about you". That entry is never hidden, whatever the role.

Team presence

A second screen, "Team presence", shows members' activity over a period you choose.

It's incomplete, and it says so itself

"Three surfaces out of six are counted today: messaging, notifications and feed. The others stay empty."

And: "Days are counted in UTC: activity at half past midnight is attributed to the previous day."

So read it as an indication, not as a timesheet.
