The five things that can't be delegated
What no role ever opens.
Five actions stay with the page owner. They aren't simply refused to members: they're invisible to them.
| Action | Why |
|---|---|
| Payouts and their details | It's the owner's money |
| Identity verification | It's the owner's identity |
| Switching on commerce | It commits the account permanently |
| Closing the page | It becomes irreversible after 30 days |
| Transferring the page | It changes who owns it |
They don't depend on a role: they're decided by ownership of the page.
The message that says so
When a member attempts one of these, the app doesn't point them at a higher role:
“Only the page owner can do this”
"No role grants it."
That's the difference from an ordinary permission refusal, which another role would lift. Here there's nothing to ask for: the only way is for the owner to do it themselves.
The payout case
Even the owner can't change their payout details with an open session alone: they need strong proof, through an authenticator app. See Actions that need fresh proof.
The transfer case
It doesn't happen in the app
No screen transfers a page. And a page whose shop is active can't be transferred at all: Friym refuses the operation.
If you need to transfer a page, write to support@friym.com.
