Joining a page's team
Accepting an invitation and working on a page you don't own.
When someone invites you, you get a notification that names the page: "{name} invited you to join their team". It's a system notification: it can't be switched off.
Accepting, or declining
This screen isn't in the settings
"Invitations received" has no menu entry at all. There's exactly one way in: tapping the notification "{Name} invited you to join their team".
If you swiped it away without opening it, find it again in the Activity screen — Home tab → 🔔 — under the System filter. Looking for it in ⚙️ is a waste of time: it isn't there.
The "Invitations received" screen lists each invitation with the page and "As {role}". Two answers: "Join" or "Decline".
The role is shown before you accept
That's intended: you should know what you'll be able to do before switching to the page, rather than discovering your rights by running into a refusal. See Roles and permissions.
If there's nothing: "No pending invitations."
Working on a page that isn't yours

As with any profile, you only act as the page once you've switched to it. From your personal profile, you post under your own name.
Leaving, or being removed
Switch to the page → ⚙️ → "Page and team" → "Leave the team"
"You'll no longer act as this page." The entry is never hidden, whatever your role: an accepted invitation isn't a commitment you can't get out of. "Your personal profile becomes the active one again. Joining back will need a new invitation."
If the owner removes you, you're told and your app switches itself back to your personal profile: "You're no longer on this team — Your access was removed. You're back on your personal profile."
