Someone got into my account
The things to do, in order.
Without a password, a Friym account isn't broken into by force: it's taken through the inbox. What's worth doing follows from that.
Take your inbox back first
While someone else is receiving the 6-digit codes, anything you do on Friym will be undone. Change that password before anything else.
Sign the other devices out
Profile → ⚙️ → "Account security" → "Active sessions" lists every connected device and lets you revoke it. See Your connected devices.
Protect your account
Turn on an authenticator app: your inbox alone will no longer be enough to get in. It's the one gesture that closes the door for good. See Protecting your account.
Check what was touched
Your posts, your conversations, and — if you sell — your payout details.
Sellers: check where your money goes
Payout details can only be changed with proof through an authenticator app, never with a simple emailed code. That's precisely what protects that field in a situation like this. Check them anyway, in your shop settings.
Tell us
Write to support@friym.com from your account's own
address, with your @username and what you noticed. If sales or payouts are
involved, say so explicitly.
