Recovering your account
Getting back in when you no longer can.
Friym has no password: there's nothing to reset. What gets you in is your inbox, your Google or Apple account, and on a protected account, your second factor. Recovering means getting one of them back.
Start from what you're missing
Check your spam folder before asking again: there are 5 minutes to wait between sends, the code itself only lives 10 minutes, and after three requests sending is blocked for 15 minutes. The detail is in I can't sign in.
If your account was created with Google or Apple, try that button instead: you'll land on the same account.
Use your recovery email address if you saved one. It makes the code arrive somewhere else — but it doesn't open the session on its own.
Get in with a recovery code. This is exactly the situation the ten codes exist for.
This isn't a fault. After you identify yourself, Friym shows the closing date, the deadline for reopening, and offers to reopen. You have 30 days.
Reopening relies on a token valid for five minutes, usable once: if you let that pass, start signing in again. See Reopening a page or an account.
If you've lost everything at once
Main inbox, recovery address and recovery codes: the app has no way back. No screen reopens an account when none of its doors answer any more.
Write to support@friym.com describing what you do still have access to. The answer doesn't depend on the app.
A problem that fits none of these
Profile → ⚙️ → "Support" → "Report a bug" opens a pre-filled message to support. Remember to include an address we can reach you at: without it, we won't be able to reply.
