Your connected devices
Seeing where your account is open, and closing a session.
If you're wondering "is someone in my account?", this is where you'll get the answer. Friym keeps the list of devices where your session is open, and lets you close any of them.
It's the first screen to check at the slightest doubt — even before writing to us, because you'll see what's happening there faster than we will.
Where it lives
Profile tab → ⚙️ → "Account security" → "Active sessions"
The screen separates "Current device" from "Other devices", with each one's last activity and a "Revoke" button: "This device will be signed out immediately."
Signing a device out
The session closes straight away: that device will have to sign in again from scratch — email address, 6-digit code, and second factor if your account is protected.
Don't recognise a device?
Sign it out. There's no risk in getting it wrong: worst case you close one of your own sessions — an old phone, a forgotten tablet — and you just sign back in.
In other words, when in doubt, always lean towards signing out.
Signing out isn't always enough
Without a password, a Friym account is taken through the inbox. If someone has access to it, they'll sign back in right after you've signed them out.
The order that actually closes the door:
Take your inbox back
Change its password. While the 6-digit codes are arriving at somebody else's, none of what you do on Friym holds.
Close the sessions
Here, in "Active sessions".
Protect your account
Turn on an authenticator app: the inbox alone won't be enough any more. See Protecting your account.
The full walk-through is in Someone got into my account.
Sellers: check where your money goes, too
Changing payout details requires proof through an authenticator app, never just an emailed code — which is exactly what protects that field in a situation like this. Check them anyway. See Actions that need fresh proof.
