Accepted payment methods
Mobile Money, across nineteen countries.
On Friym, everything is paid with Mobile Money.

The nineteen countries
The same list covers paying and being paid:
Benin · Burkina Faso · Cameroon · Congo-Brazzaville · Côte d'Ivoire · Gabon · Ghana · Kenya · Lesotho · Malawi · Mozambique · Nigeria · Uganda · Democratic Republic of the Congo · Rwanda · Senegal · Sierra Leone · Tanzania · Zambia.
You don't pick your operator
There's no "MTN or Moov" screen. You type your number in international format, with the country code, and Friym checks that number at the moment of purchase: it works out the country and the operator from it.
Being in one of the countries isn't enough
Not every operator is supported yet. If your number isn't recognised, Friym says so: "This number is not supported yet. Please check the country or operator."
Confirmation happens outside Friym
Once the payment starts, Friym shows "Waiting for confirmation…" and asks you to confirm on your phone, via USSD or a notification. The approval happens in your operator's own interface.
That's normal: Friym never sees your PIN, and will never ask you for it.
Nobody at Friym will ask you to pay another way
If a seller offers to settle outside Friym, the exchange leaves the product: no order exists, nothing can be tracked, and Friym can't settle anything. See What's not allowed.
One purchase, one item
There is no basket, and quantity is fixed at 1. For two products, you make two purchases.
