Publishing, editing and archiving a product
The draft trap, and a product's four states.
Your product is born as a draft
Filling in the form and confirming does not put your product on sale. It appears in your list, but as a draft: nobody but you can see it. You have to publish it explicitly.
This is the most common misunderstanding in the shop: a seller who sees her product in her list assumes it's online. Check the label.
The gesture, in one line
Profile tab → ⚙️ → "My shop" → "Products" tab → the product's ⋯ → "Publish"
A product's ⋯ menu carries: "Edit product", "View listing", "Share", "Copy link", "Publish", "Archive", "Delete".
Another symptom of the same problem
If your product doesn't show up in the composer either, when you try to attach it to a post, it's the same cause: "You only see your published products. Only published products can be attached to a post."
The four states

An archived product can be put back on sale at any time. That's what to use for a stock-out or a pause, rather than deleting.
Editing a listing
Editing is free while the product is yours. But it doesn't touch the past:
Orders keep the product as it was
The name, photo, price and quantity recorded on an order are frozen at the moment of purchase. If you edit or delete your listing afterwards, past orders keep their own data.
That's what lets us say, a month later, exactly what somebody bought and at what price. Without it, order history would rewrite itself behind everyone's back.
The refusals

Limits apply while you type, not on submission: you don't lose your photos by discovering an overflow afterwards.
Sharing a product
A product listing is public and shares through a link, which reopens Friym on the listing.
