Tracking your sales and earnings

Your shop's three tabs, and what they tell you.

Profile tab → ⚙️ → "Shop and earnings" → "My shop"

Once you're a verified seller, your shop carries three tabs, plus a + to create a product.

TabWhat it holds
ProductsYour listings, with their state: draft, active, archived
SalesYour orders, with their state
RevenueYour balance, your payouts

While the screen has neither tabs nor a “+”

It means the five conditions aren't met yet: the screen then shows only your progress, "Set up your shop — {n} / {total} steps completed". See Can I sell on Friym?.

The Sales tab

Every paid order appears here and triggers a Commerce notification. This is where you declare a delivery — see Managing your orders.

An order's detail shows you, on top of what the buyer sees: the gross amount, the Friym commission and your net amount. And, for a physical product, the address and the Call the recipient button.

The Revenue tab

ItemWhat it holds
AvailableWhat can go out
PendingOrders not finished yet
Total earnedThe running total
Payout historyWhat has already gone out

Money moves from Pending to Available when the order completes. From 2,000 FCFA available, the transfer leaves on its own, within 48 hours. The detail is in When do I get paid?.

There is no button to withdraw your money

It's the question we're asked most, and the answer isn't "it's hidden somewhere": it doesn't exist. Payouts are automatic as soon as your available balance passes the threshold. Nothing to trigger, nothing to request.

What you'll see leaving is the notification "Your transfer has been processed", and the matching line in Payout history.

If your earnings haven't moved yet: "No payouts yet — Your earnings will appear here once your first sales are confirmed."

What you don't have

There's no analytics screen

Each product carries three numbers — views, orders, net revenue — but no dashboard exists: no curves, no audience breakdown, no comparison over time.

There are no reviews or ratings on Friym either: not on a profile, not on a product listing. It isn't "not yet" — nothing displays them anywhere.

On a page run by a team

Seeing revenue is a permission. But payout details are never delegated: they stay invisible to the whole team, whatever the role. See The five things that can't be delegated.
