Managing your orders (seller)
The Sales tab, the two cycles, and what you have to do.
Your sales are tracked from your shop's Sales tab. Every paid order triggers a Commerce notification.

Two cycles, depending on what you sell

The double confirmation
You declare
Mark as delivered → "Do you confirm that this service has been delivered to the buyer?" The order moves to Delivered — awaiting buyer confirmation.
The buyer confirms
The order becomes Delivered, and your money moves from Pending to Available.
Or the clock decides
Without an answer from the buyer, the order is automatically confirmed after 5 days.
Marking as delivered can't be undone
No screen goes back on a declared delivery. The only things that can happen to an order are: creating it, delivering it, confirming it, cancelling it before payment, and claiming a file. Only touch this button once the delivery has genuinely gone out.
“Delivered” doesn't mean “the buyer confirmed”
The order's detail says when the automatic close applies. To know whether your delivery actually landed, that's the line to read — not the state alone. See Where to find my orders.
What an order's detail shows
Status and dates · the product (frozen at the time of the order) · buyer and seller · Gross amount, Friym commission, Seller net · the address and the Call the recipient button for a physical product.
The buyer never sees the commission or your net: only the subtotal and the total paid.
Cancelling
Cancelling is only possible before payment, by you or by the buyer, with a reason required.
A paid order can't be cancelled
No screen allows it. If something goes wrong after payment, the conversation goes through messaging first, then through support@friym.com.
